Hetland Multimedia operates in Wisconsin and sells PIX IT. PIX IT is a computer software program that allows you to print off your own photographic flash cards from the convenience of your own computer.

I started my career as an Applied Behavior Analysis therapist working with children with autism in 1999.  As part of my job responsibilities, I created various forms of stimuli for different therapy programs.  I could never find exactly what I needed when I was looking for flash cards for different programs, so I started taking photos and making my own flash cards. Several other parents and professionals started requesting the flash cards I was making. This is when I came up with the idea to create computer software that parents and professionals can use at their home or office to print off their own photographic flash cards.

I hope that this CD helps parents and professionals make things easier and more affordable when it comes to making your own flash cards. Most of all I hope this software helps to make a dramatic improvement in the lives of the children who learn from it.
